Terms & Conditions


Definitions

  1. “ETA” means the ETA app by ETA, Inc.
  2. "Rewards" refers to 7k Slack Post Reward.
  3. “Miles” refers to the United MileagePlus or AAdvantage Miles.
  4. "Booking" refers to reservations on any airline, hotel and or rental car.
  5. "Trip" refers to Bookings on ETA with a total value (including taxes) of USD 200 or more.
  6. "Slack integration" refers to the ETA Slack Integration.
  7. "Team channel" refers to a channel with 5 or more users.

Rewards

  1. Rewards apply to bookings shared via the Slack integration between Feb 25th, 2019 and Mar 31st, 2019.
  2. Rewards may be combined with other valid rewards.
  3. Recipient must have a valid email and United MileagePlus number to receive MileagePlus Miles.
  4. Recipient must have a valid email and AAdvantage number to receive AAdvantage Miles.
  5. Team workspace must have 5 or more users to be valid
  6. ETA user qualifies for 7,000 Miles when a ETA user installs the Slack integration and posts a booked itinerary using 'Show In Channel' in a Team channel.
  7. Miles will not be awarded for subsequent posts.
  8. ETA retains the right, upon notice, to withdraw, limit, modify or cancel Rewards at any time.
  9. Miles may not be exchanged for cash with ETA.
  10. Miles will be awarded after trip has completed, chat with team via ETA to notify of completion. Allow up to 2 business days for processing.
  11. Miles will not be awarded if any bookings were canceled prior to travel.
  12. Miles may or may not count toward loyalty program status.
  13. By participating in the Rewards, the participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance with or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Rewards program.
